If you choose to use Facebook to create your profile, we collect gender, city, date of birth, email, and profile picture from your Facebook profile and use it on your DatingxMatch profile.

We collect this information based on your consent according to the General Data Protection Regulation's Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a, and your own disclosure of information according to Article 9, paragraph 2, letter e.

To deliver the service you have purchased, we need the following information:

Payment information

We collect this information based on the agreement we have entered into with you to provide the dating service according to the General Data Protection Regulation's Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b.

 

We also have a legal obligation under national legislation to retain certain personal data for accounting purposes for 5 years. We collect this information according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c), and storage will take place after the item is delivered.

 

Marketing

With our match algorithm, we will make automatic decisions about your entered personal data by evaluating your personal preferences, interests, life conditions, and geographical location in order to match your profile with other profiles on DatingxMatch, so that you receive relevant partner suggestions and can find the best partner for you. This also means that your profile may be displayed when other users use our match algorithm.

If we agree with you that the information we process is incorrect or inaccurate, we will delete or correct this information as soon as possible.

 

However, deletion will not occur if DatingxMatch is legally obligated to retain all or part of your personal data, or if it is necessary to retain this personal data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim. In that case, DatingxMatch will only retain the information that it is legally obligated or entitled to retain and will delete other personal data about you.

Withdrawal of consent

 

You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to DatingxMatch's processing of your personal data, completely or partially, pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation's Article 7.

 

If you withdraw your consent, DatingxMatch will cease processing the personal data that you have withdrawn your consent to, unless DatingxMatch is legally obligated or entitled to retain all or part of your personal data. In that case, DatingxMatch will only retain the information that it is legally obligated to, and will delete other personal data about you. Your withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that DatingxMatch has carried out until the withdrawal of consent.

 

If you withdraw consent for the processing of data that is necessary for the use of DatingxMatch, we will be obliged to delete all of your data, as your profile will not function without this necessary data.

 

To partially withdraw consent, you can simply delete the data you no longer wish us to process, this is possible with the list of voluntary information mentioned above.
