1 - Conditions for Profiles on DatingxMatch.com
You must be 18 years or older to create a profile on DatingxMatch.com. When you
create a profile on DatingxMatch.com, you must fill in all the mandatory fields in the
registration form at a minimum. It is not required to enter a mobile phone number,
but we recommend it so that you can take full advantage of all of
DatingxMatch.com's features.
It is important that you enter your email address because:
You have the option to use our "Forgot Password" function.
You will receive a confirmation email for any purchases.
You have the option to receive newsletters and notifications about your profile.
It is also important to enter your mobile phone number in connection with the
purchase of SMS credits. With SMS credits, you can:
Send a message as a cover message.
Receive notifications about your profile via SMS.
Other users will not have access to your mobile phone number.
It is illegal to enter another person's email address, phone number, or other
information that is not your own. All cases of using false information will be reported
to the police with information, including IP address, that will enable the police to
identify the person behind the creation.
DatingxMatch.com does not accept content in profile text with strong pornographic
undertones, which also applies to the images you add to your profile/photo album
(see point 3).
Profile texts may not contain:
Strong pornographic or erotic undertones.
Personally sensitive information such as first and last name, address, phone number,
email address.
References to other external media such as Facebook, Snapchat, Skype.
Derogatory or discriminatory content about other users or DatingxMatch.com.
The same applies to images you add to your profile and photo album. Any form of
paedophilic content or other content of a directly illegal nature will be reported to the
police with information, including IP address, that will enable the police to identify
the person behind the creation.

DatingxMatch.com does not accept that you provide first and last name, address,
phone number, or any other information that can identify you in your profile name or
profile text. Therefore, it is also not allowed to refer to, for example, Facebook,
Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, your own personal website, or other sites
that can identify you.
By creating a profile on DatingxMatch.com, you simultaneously consent to
DatingxMatch.com displaying your profile for DatingxMatch.com's users, including
both via email and page views on DatingxMatch.com. If you wish to revoke this
consent, you must delete your profile.
DatingxMatch.com aims for the site to primarily contain active profiles.
DatingxMatch.com reserves the right to manually delete inactive profiles as well as
via automated deletion jobs.
Profiles on DatingxMatch.com are personal and may not be transferred or shared.
Violation of this will, as a rule, result in deletion of the profile.
You must have a Danish postal code to create a profile on DatingxMatch.com.
DatingxMatch.com reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to be able to
delete/change profiles that exploit DatingxMatch.com commercially or contain other
forms of advertising, are offensive, unserious, untrue, discriminatory, or otherwise
deemed not to meet a fair level.
When you purchase massage credits at DatingxMatch, you will be able to contact the
profiles using this credit. Massage credit is purchased in packages, for example, 50
pieces for a price of 1 krone per piece per message when you write to a profile. It is
important to note that there is no refund for the purchase of massage credit.
2 - Conditions for the use of DatingxMatch.com
2.1 - Messages and chat
It is not allowed to send or forward messages on DatingxMatch.com that contain
commercial, offensive, harassing, or discriminatory content, chain letters, or contact
information for other individuals or companies.
It is not allowed to use the chat for spam and other indecent approaches. It is
important that each user, in all cases, remembers to maintain a decent and honest
tone.
It is also not allowed to request money unsolicited.

DatingxMatch.com may at any time and without notice delete posts and profiles if
one or more of the above requirements are not met. This will be done without any
form of coverage for any loss in connection with not having access to your
subscription for the remaining part of the subscription period.
2.2 - Events created by users
Events created by users will be clearly separated from those created by
DatingxMatch.com under "Events".
Events advertised via DatingxMatch.com must not have a commercial or advertising
character, etc. It is, among other things, not allowed to insert images with company
logos, advertisements for books, concerts, products, etc.
Images inserted must only contain images of the organizer and the associated
events.
Users who create events with a commercial character will be excluded from using
DatingxMatch.com.
DatingxMatch.com reserves the right to delete or change events that violate the
above points without notice.
3 - Conditions for images on DatingxMatch.com
3.1 - Images in profile and photo album
Images in profile and photo album must not contain strong pornographic or erotic
undertones, and it is not allowed to add images that are derogatory, discriminatory,
or otherwise offensive.
Profile and photo album images must not contain images with company logos,
advertisements for books, concerts, products, etc.
The images inserted must only contain images of the user themselves.
Images of children and young people under 18 years of age are not allowed.
Users who violate the above points will be asked to remove the image, and if the user
repeats the violation, the user will be banned from using DatingxMatch.com.

4 - Conditions for payment on DatingxMatch.com
When you purchase messenger credits at DatingxMatch, you will be able to contact the
profiles using this credit.  Messenger  credit is purchased in packages, for example, 50
pieces for a price of 1 krone per piece per messenger  when you write to a profile. It is
important to note that there is no refund for the purchase of messenger  credit.
DatingxMatch.com reserves the right to change prices and subscription terms
without notice.
DatingxMatch.com reserves the right to delete or change profiles that exploit
DatingxMatch.com commercially or contain other forms of advertising, are offensive,
unserious, untrue, discriminatory, or otherwise deemed not to meet a fair level. This
will be done without any form of coverage for any loss in connection with not having
access to your subscription for the remaining part of the subscription period.
5 - Choice of Law and Complaints
Agreements and legal matters between the user and DatingxMatch.com are subject
to Danish law.
Any disputes between the user and DatingxMatch.com are settled by the ordinary
Danish courts.
If you wish to complain about DatingxMatch.com, you can contact
DatingxMatch.com's customer service at info@DatingxMatch.com. If the complaint
cannot be resolved directly with DatingxMatch.com's customer service, you have the
option to file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board, if the conditions for
this are met.
